Interest yield

The Swiss Government sets a nationwide minimum rate of interest to be credited to retirement assets. In 2023, this mandatory minimum rate is 1%. Because of its healthy finances, the “Fondation 2ème pilier swissstaffing” pension fund is able to pay a better interest rate. This rate is set at 3% in 2023. Since 2013, the rate has risen every year. It is the aim of the Foundation Council to ensure that the interest on retirement assets continues to improve.
