We set great store by the principles of good governance and transparency. Our objective is to provide the best possible occupational pension benefits for temp agencies and their employees. Good performance should benefit members, whether through lower contribution rates, an increased rate of interest or improved services. Low administrative costs are also an important element of this strategy. The Foundation spends virtually no money on marketing and pays no brokerage. An efficient IT system and administration likewise play their part.
