Reduction of the contribution rates

The Federal Council has decided to keep the mandatory minimum interest rate at 1 percent in 2018. The Foundation Council has once again decided to give its members a better interest rate this year. The swissstaffing Pension Fund will again pay an interest rate of 3 percent in 2018. The contribution rate will be reduced to 2 percent for 2018, compared to 2.4 percent for last year.

New operative manager

We are also pleased to introduce the successor of Olivier Golay: Aspasia Zuberbühler took over the operative management of the swissstaffing Pension Fund as of 1 August 2017. Aspasia Zuberbühler is already very familiar with the foundation, having started in the swissstaffing team at AonHewitt in 2015. We wish her every success and hope she enjoys her new role!
