If you leave the Foundation, you are entitled to a vested termination benefit if you have paid contributions and are aged 25 or over. The benefit will be transferred to your new pension provider on the basis of the information you give us.

  • The amount of the vested termination benefit corresponds to the total amount accrued in your savings account on the date of termination.
  • The minimum benefits under the Occupational Pensions Act (BVG/LPP) and the Federal Law on Vesting in Pension Plans [Vested Benefits Act] (FZG/LFLP) are guaranteed.
  • No later than three months after leaving the Foundation, you will receive a termination statement. The statement contains details of the vested termination benefit, information to be communicated to your new pension provider, and a form for your remittance instructions. This must be completed and returned to the Fund Manager.
